Restaurant Tchu takes its guests on a fabulous journey through the diversity of contemporary Asian cuisine. The passion and creative mastery of the culinary artists under the direction of head chef Soo Kai Fong ensure a finely sensual flavour experience. The atmospheric restaurant is located in the Hotel Steffani –in the heart of St. Moritz.
The tempting menu focuses entirely on the magic of Asian cuisine. There is a crispy duck salad as well as fried lotus roots, handmade dim sum with various fillings or momos - the Tibetan dumplings. Not to be missed are the wok dishes combined by master chefs. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 6 pm to midnight.
