Spa & Wellness

St. Moritz has a long bathing tradition, going back over 3,500 years. The wooden construction discovered in the spring water of the prehistoric Mauritius fountain dates back to the summer or autumn of 1411 B.C. Even the ancient Engadiners knew how to use the healing power of the ferruginous water from the Mauritius Fountain. And this knowledge is still used today.

The spas and wellness areas of St. Moritz’s Grand Hotels come in many different forms: In the outdoor and infinity pools you can dive in front of a dreamy alpine panorama, along the Kneipp foot path, hot and cold baths offer harmony of physical and mental functions, or strengthen your immune system by breathing deeply in a steam bath. In addition to the water, these spa oases offer combinations of relaxation, purification and regeneration to help find inner balance. With the latest wellness know-how, individually tailored massages and treatments by spa specialists using natural and high-tech active ingredients, hotel guests and visitors are provided with fresh energy, vitality and a zest for life.
