Group Guidelines for Tour Guides
Official guidelines from St. Moritz and St. Moritz Tourismus AG to ensure high-quality service and an unforgettable travel experience.
Observe the Maximum Group Size
Groups must not exceed 25 people to prevent congestion in pedestrian areas and minimize noise. Smaller groups help ensure a more enjoyable and respectful experience for both participants and the local community.
Use of Whisper Systems is Mandatory
For groups larger than 25 (in special exceptions), the use of whisper systems (e.g., Vox or similar guide systems) is mandatory to avoid loud, disruptive explanations.
Loudspeakers, Megaphones, and Music Devices are Prohibited
To help maintain a peaceful public environment, the use of loudspeakers, megaphones, portable music devices, and any acoustic amplification (except whisper systems) is strictly prohibited throughout pedestrian zones.
Do Not Block Walkways, Entrances, or Shops
Groups must not obstruct narrow passages or public access points. Always ensure free passage to buildings, shops, and walkways.
Compliance with Verified Information Standards
All historical, cultural, and tourist information provided must be fact-based and sourced from verified references.
The dissemination of false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
