KLE at Badrutt's Palace

Zineb Hattab is the owner of the vegan restaurant KLE in Zurich and celebrates plant-based cuisine like no other. Two years after opening her restaurant, she became the first vegan chef in Switzerland to be honoured with a green and a red Michelin star for her sustainable cooking. She has learnt from some of the world's most famous chefs, including Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana in Modena and Dan Barber at Blue Hill in New York.
