Restaurant MONO is the meeting place for everyone who loves Italian cuisine. The creative kitchen team prepares everything fresh every day, from spaghetti alla chitarra and antipasto della casa to sea bass in a salt crust and champagne risotto.

For dessert, guests can order fruit sorbet with Italian lemon liqueur. The right wine accompaniment can be found in the first-class “La Cantina” wine cellar. MONO dazzles with its artistically inspired ambience. The Art Boutique Hotel Monopol also houses the popular Sky Bar and a cosy smokers’ lounge.
