The Carigiet Fondue Stübli is a very private place to enjoy a traditional Swiss fondue in an exclusive setting. Wonderful drawings by Graubünden artist Alois Carigiet adorn the walls of this historic room, where the members of the Council decided at the time to make Romansh the fourth national language of Switzerland.
