Since opening last winter, the successful high-end chain "Langosteria" from Milan has become a high-flyer in the St. Moritz ski area. The range of raw and cooked fish, oysters, crustaceans and seafood in all shapes and varieties is a true Eldorado for fish lovers.
The langoustines and other seafood are delivered three times a week from Norway, Spain and the Milan fish market. The restaurant's philosophy is to use the freshest, best quality raw products possible. These are prepared à la minute without long cooking times, and only after they have been ordered. There are 20 chefs and over 30 service staff on hand. The beautifully designed restaurant with its colourful Montgolfière décor impresses with simplicity and freshness in perfect form.
