From its launch in 1952, Fusalp revolutionised skiwear by designing the first technical stretch pants worn by French ski teams at the Olympic Games and World Championships in the 1960s.

The name of the brand comes from two tailors from Annecy, who tailored the first "Fuseau des Alpes" (Fuseau = leggings), which were then abbreviated to Fusalp. In 2013, Sophie and Philippe Lacoste acquired Fusalp to restore the original values of this iconic brand. Today, Fusalp sets itself apart with its unique “couture” know-how applied to ski and après-ski clothing, designing a sporty-chic silhouette à la française. In France and internationally, the emblematic brand that combines performance and comfort without compromising when it comes to style is constantly on the rise. It even made it to St. Moritz.
