Hauser Confiserie produces Engadine specialities, fresh baked goods, cakes and delicious souvenirs. The history of this family-run business dates back to 1892. Over the course of time, many of the traditional baking recipes have been perfected, and regional produce is used as far as possible.

Homemade Engadine nut cakes, Grisons pear breads, chocolate tuffes and pralines, challah bread, and legendary butter and whole-grain croissants can all be found in the bakery's diverse range. In addition, Hauser Confiserie also offers sandwiches, salads and soups in its takeaway range. The store’s traditional products are now also available via its online store.
