Biancotti AG is a wholesale distributor of fruit, vegetables, dairy and frozen produce and other specialities in the Engadine. This local company run by Carlos Pinto supplies hotels, restaurants and public enterprises with fresh produce from regional producers and from the market halls of Zürich. Private individuals can also purchase from the company.
The daily deliveries are checked for quality, freshness, ripeness and appearance and prepared for distribution to customers. The philosophy is that produce is delivered the same day as it is ordered. This is ensured by the company’s 14 dedicated employees. Personal advice and speedy service are a matter of course for owner Carlos Pinto with his 35 years of professional experience.
