Only the best the Alpine region has to offer is to be found on the neatly organised shelves of the Pur Alps gourmet market. More than 1,200 foods and wines are sourced directly from farmers, vintners or nature-conscious producers ‒ and there are now more than 150 of these. At the Pur Alps bistro, fresh dishes are made from this produce every day and sold at fair prices.
The idea of Pur Alps is to make the quality available from the Alpine region accessible to everyone at fair prices and, at the same time, offer a sales outlet for ambitious farmers.
