Vic's Brasserie is located under the chandeliers of the atmospherically renovated Bel Etage in the Hotel Reine Victoria. Classic French brasserie cuisine is celebrated in the Art Nouveau ambience of this newly opened restaurant.

The tasting menu offers a good insight into the flavours of brasserie cuisine. The menu also includes all the other classic dishes from chèvre chaud to fish soup to tartare and from foie gras to bouillabaisse to sweet and sour duck breast. Exquisite wines are served to match.
