After a successful launch in September, a new culinary season begins in St. Moritz in December 2025: From December 18, Michelin-starred chef Deepanker Khosla returns to the brasserie of the Hotel Reine Victoria with his renowned fine-dining concept Terra Haōma, this time as an à la carte experience.
The Terra Haōma concept combines Indian flavors with regional ingredients. The focus is on sustainable cuisine that combines conscious cooking with authentic enjoyment, with a modern interpretation and full of subtle nuances. Alongside the opening of our new penthouses, suites, and apartments, Terra Haōma will thus provide the culinary highlight of the winter season, combining international inspiration with Alpine elegance.
