Gamma Catering's signature pop-up offers an exquisite selection of creative cocktails and delicious dishes for small and large appetites in the stylish new restaurant in Haus Scala.

For the cocktails, the bartending team focuses on twists and signatures.Twists are slightly modified classics and signatures of distinctive Scala drinks created especially for the restaurant in St. Moritz. An exciting wine and champagne list rounds off the offer.

The small seductive card relies on clever companions. Four to five dishes are listed under the titles Swiss, Tapas, Pintxos, Mezze and Desserts. These can be enjoyed by the flickering fireplace in an urban, relaxed atmosphere.
