This restaurant in Hotel Steffani is considered the first and oldest in St. Moritz. Under the artistic caricatures from years gone by, guests and locals meet to enjoy the popular house classics.

"Le Lapin Bleu" is a classic restaurant in a cosy Engadine style. The market-fresh cuisine with many homemade dishes focuses on Italian and Swiss specialities. The Châteaubriand, the "Baden-Baden" saddle of venison, the homemade pasta, the beef tartare prepared at the table and the various cheese and meat fondues are particularly popular.
