With its purist artisanal principles, Boucherie Hatecke is among the best in its field. Meat, sausages, and Bündnerfleisch are produced from local animals and without additives.

A small bistro with outdoor seating is attached to the elegant butcher’s shop. Delicious sandwiches, chilli con carne, roast beef, hand-cut beef tartare, soups, salads and excellent cappuccinos are all on the menu.
