With Balthazar, the Gucci heirs have created what is probably the finest bar in St. Moritz – a place with a stunningly luxurious atmosphere. Here, the espresso comes from the legendary Elektra coffee machine, and the drinks are mixed with champagne instead of Prosecco and Gray Goose rather than Absolut vodka.

Divine Italian dishes that delight the senses are prepared in the small kitchen. The restaurant offers a blend of traditional Italian cuisine and contemporary gastronomic styles, alongside excellent pizza and pasta dishes. Balthazar is open all day – offering breakfast, lunch and aperitifs, and then fine dining in the evening. Balthazar also boasts a broad selection of Dom Perignon champagne and the elegant Cohiba Behike Habana Cigar Lounge.
