There is also a children's room with two bunk beds. Additionally, there is a ski room, a bike storage area, and a communal laundry room. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee. There are no guest parking spaces.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in Champfèr. Hiking trails, winter walking paths, mountain bike trails, and the cross-country ski track are practically right outside the door. The bus stop is also next to the building.
