August 1 celebration La Punt Chamues-ch

We are delighted to celebrate Swiss National Day together in La Punt Chamues-ch. Details about the program will follow. La Punt Holidays is giving every child a lantern on August 1st! The free lanterns can be picked up from the Tourist Information office starting Monday, July 27, 2026 – while supplies last. Thank you for foregoing fireworks! More and more Engadine municipalities are consciously choosing not to have fireworks in order to protect nature. Setting off fireworks is prohibited within the municipality of La Punt Chamues-ch.
