The winter exhibition 2021/2022 of the Museum Engiadinais is dedicated to Engadin arts and crafts, its products and their change of function over time. And it offers ideas for attractive (Christmas) gifts.
The main protagonists of the new exhibition are gifts - everyday objects made by hand. Each of the selected objects is staged in a room of the museum, where its function can be vividly displayed. The exhibition explores how the function and meaning of the objects on display have changed over time. The exhibition thus also addresses traditional and contemporary Engadine arts and crafts. The exhibition includes a sales exhibition in the Suler. Here visitors can obtain specific information about the products and their makers. Within the framework of events (accompanying program), the producers of these objects provide interesting insights into their daily work.
