Life in the Engadine is increasingly influenced by climate change. Glaciers are retreating, the snow cover is disappearing, permafrost is melting, flora and fauna are changing and the ice cover on the lakes is thinning. This is more than aesthetic change!

Panel discussion with experts:

Andrea Gilli (President of the Municipality, Zuoz), Martin Keiser (Office for Forests and Natural Hazards/Hazard Commission 3, Zuoz), Dr. Felix Keller (glaciologist, Academia Engiadina, Samedan), Dr. Klaus Lanz
(chemist, water researcher and publicist, Evilard) and Dr. Christoph Marty (snow climatologist WSL-SLF, Davos).

The event is organised by the Academia Raetica and the Engadine Natural Science Society SESN and moderated by Barbara Haller Rupf, Davos.
