Good balance, stable core, open hip and shoulder joints: all of these are important requirements for skiing economically.
On our yoga mat we strengthen these abilities together with increasing breath awareness.
With joy and self-confidence we easily manage the transfer from mat to snow - and really get started on our cross-country skis!
