In the magnificent setting of Suvretta House, the Great BMW Gourmet Finale celebrates the crowning glory of this nine-day festival. It starts with a stylish champagne reception in the Atrio salon, with delightful amuse-bouches by four chefs from the renowned festival partner hotels. This is followed by an exquisite gala dinner with courses by guest chefs Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, Nicolai Nørregaard, Thomas and Mathias Sühring, and Mingoo Kang in the Festivo and Capriccio salons. The dessert is served by Suvretta House patissier David Potier. This five-course menu will be accompanied by matching high-quality wines. Musical accompaniment by a live band will bring the festival to a fitting close.
