You can enter the icy water together with a companion - but never alone! You are at your own risk. Make sure you read the safety instructions further down the page to ensure your bathing experience remains safe.
Changing facilities are available daily from 9:30 am in the Ludains ice arena, but there are no showers. Pack everything you need - from towels to warm clothes. The ice bathing is free of charge!
