The concept of the «Top of the Food - Culture Space» is designed to take guests on a culinary journey through the Graubünden region. Much emphasis is placed on the use of fresh, regional ingredients sourced from local farms and producers. The four top chefs each have their own niche in this project and contribute to a common goal: to offer guests an authentic taste experience.
In addition to the restaurant, the «Top of the Food - Culture Space» also has a delicatessen and an art gallery that exhibits local artists.
