This winter, “The K” is hosting the multifaceted, perfectly balanced and surprising cuisine of Argentinian kitchen maestro Mauro Colagreco for the second time. While Colagreco is best known for his 3-star restaurant Mirazur in Menton on the Côte d’Azur, his pop-up in the Kulm Hotel has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points.

Colagreco’s philosophy revolves around simplicity, freshness, colour balance and authentic flavours. One of his key ingredients is lemon, which takes anchovy fillets to new heights, while his signature dish, “Luxus beta vulgaris,” combines the mundane (salt-crusted beetroot) with the ultimate luxury (Oscietre caviar cream).
