R.C. Concepts, in collaboration with Silvano Vitalini, is opening on the 21st of december 2024 a small seasonal pop-up restaurant in winter 2024. French Nordic cuisine accompanied by selected wines from Café Belmont.
This winter, a small café is transformed into a cozy, seasonal restaurant. Guests can look forward to light snacks or a full dinner. Under the direction of Chef Raul, a select à la carte menu is served, inspired by French and Mediterranean flavors, with surprising influences from Japanese and Nordic cuisine.
Carl, the Head of Service, has worked with Belmont and Silvano Vitalini to put together a fine selection of wines and cocktails that perfectly complement each dish. In addition to regular restaurant operations, R.C Concepts also offers private dinners, catering events, and culinary highlights at events on the frozen lake such as Snow Polo and White Turf.
