For many years now, the Waldhaus has been committed to using regional products whenever possible. Head chef Gero Porstein and his team use their craftsmanship and skill to create contemporary cuisine without losing sight of their own country and traditions.
History:
Waldhaus architect Karl Koller designed the Arvenstube in 1928 as an exhibition space for the first Swiss exhibition for women's work. After the exhibition, the beautiful "Bündner Stube" returned to its roots and was integrated into the Waldhaus in 1929. Since then, this gem has offered guests a cozy ambience for a sophisticated evening.
