Chef Pietro Spotti and his kitchen team stand for Alpine-influenced and honestly crafted cuisine. While a light lunch is served at midday, something “big” can be enjoyed in the evening, be it a juicy Bresse chicken, a whole turbot or an impressive veal shank.
