Flowy yoga classes for you!
My yoga is based on vinyasa yoga. In this style of yoga, breathing and movements are combined to create a feeling of flow, a kind of meditative sequence of movements. The word Vinyasa comes from Sanskrit and is made up of the two words "Vi" (order) and "Nyasa" (placement). It means that the movements are performed in a certain way. Vinyasa yoga is suitable for everyone - yoga is basically accessible to all.
Note: My yoga classes are not suitable for pregnant women - please attend yoga classes for pregnant women, the asanas are adapted according to pregnancy.
