The exercises cultivate body and mind and harmonize the organism. They consist of natural movements. Those who practice Qigong gain new experiences that have a healing effect.
The figures are 18 simple sequences that flow into one another and are based on the elements of earth, sky and human. These 18 Qigong movements specifically promote physical and mental health. In addition, concentration and mindfulness are improved. The flow of energy in the body is stimulated and regulated. Physical flexibility is increased, muscles are strengthened and balance is promoted. Qigong uses three methods to keep the Qi moving. These are: imagination, breathing and posture. The practitioner is led into the harmony of his life forces.
