Festival da Jazz: Shavnabada Chor

Founded in early 2005, the vocal ensemble Shavnabada is a key player in the field of Georgian polyphonic singing.

Shavnabada sees its mission as preserving and promoting this distinctive style, which was recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2001.

The ensemble's journey has taken them on expeditions through various regions of Georgia, discovering hidden musical pieces and presenting these timeless songs both locally and on international stages.
