Marketing Manager

The name "St. Moritz – Top of the World" stands for quality, trust, tradition, and lifestyle. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Take ownership of the brand and editorial calendar, crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, SEM, email) and traditional media (print, OOH) to ensure successful execution
- Market Research: Analyze trends and market movements to optimize marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization measures to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling brand communication across all channels to enhance the global image of St. Moritz
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Guest Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance visitor experiences through targeted CRM initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with tourists and stakeholders
Your Profile:
- A degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in brand marketing for a globally recognized company.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels and expertise in campaign management
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and results-driven approach
- A consumer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of guest and partner needs
- Fluency in German and English – Italian is a plus
- A strong affinity for sports, lifestyle and culture
- Passion for St. Moritz—local knowledge is a plus
